When Will I Be Charged?

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
 

What Do You Ship?

All of our products are able to be shipped anywhere in the world!
 

When Do You Ship?

For all in-stock items, we will make every effort to ship your order within two (2) business days of it being received, Monday through Friday, 9am – 6pm Eastern time.
 

Where Do You Ship To?

We proudly ship our Ride Heels Down products all over the world, and shipping is available to every country.
 

How Do You Ship?

For orders within the United States, we ship either USPS First Class or Priority Mail. For orders outside the US, we ship either USPS Registered Mail or DHL, depending on the order size.
 

Rates to Ship?

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the quantity and weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
 

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will email you with tracking information and a tracking number if the shipper has provided one.
 

What if My Package is Stolen?

Ride Heels Down will not be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. Packages are shipped without a signature required, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to have orders sent to a safe address where they will be able to receive shipment.
 

What if My Order is Back Ordered?

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
 

Recycling of Packing Materials?

We do our best to stay green, and ship in the smallest packages to reduce waste.
