How to Return or Exchange an Item

Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned and returned at the customer’s expense, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
 
You must return or exchange the item within thirty (30) calendar days of your purchase’s delivery.

Include in your package a letter stating the reason for your return or exchange, and the original receipt.
 

What Can Be Returned

All unworn, unused, undamaged apparel can be returned. Some items, such as ladies underwear, cannot be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
 

Return Timeframe

Items can be returned within thirty (30) calendar days after delivery. Delivery date will be determined by tracking information provided by shipper.
 

Return Shipping

We do not refund the original shipping and handling on the order, and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
 

Store Credit

If you prefer, Ride Heels Down will issue a coupon code for the value of the merchandise returned instead of a refund.
